TapNoodle LLC ("TapNoodle," "we," "our," or "us") is a Domestic Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, with its principal place of business at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110. TapNoodle was formed on March 16, 2026.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with our websites, mobile applications, and other online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services"), including but not limited to our products GenuineSouls (a dating application) and WeOnly Talk (a social networking platform).
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our Services.

02 Information We Collect
We collect information in several ways depending on which of our Services you use and how you interact with them.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account Registration: When you create an account on GenuineSouls or WeOnly Talk, we collect your name, email address, date of birth, phone number, and password.
- Profile Information: Depending on the Service, you may provide additional information such as photographs, biographical details, gender, location, interests, relationship preferences (GenuineSouls), or social profile descriptions (WeOnly Talk).
- Communications: Messages, posts, comments, and other content you create or share through our Services, including direct messages between users.
- Payment Information: If you make purchases or subscribe to premium features, we collect billing details such as your credit or debit card number, expiration date, and billing address. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors.
- Verification Data: Information provided for identity verification purposes, such as government-issued identification or selfie photographs.
- Support Requests: Information you provide when you contact our customer support team, including correspondence and any attachments.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and browser type.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, app activity, referring URLs, and the duration and frequency of your interactions with our Services.
- Location Data: With your consent, we may collect precise geolocation data from your device. GenuineSouls may use location data to facilitate proximity-based matching. We also infer approximate location from your IP address.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use our Services, including features accessed, interactions with other users, content viewed, and search queries.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: Information collected through cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies (see Section 4 below).
2.3 Information From Third Parties
- Social Media Platforms: If you choose to register or log in using a third-party social media account (such as Google or Apple), we may receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that platform.
- Analytics Providers: We may receive aggregated or de-identified data from analytics providers to help us understand usage patterns.
- Other Users: Other users may provide information about you when they use our Services, for example by tagging you in content on WeOnly Talk or referring you to GenuineSouls.
03 How We Use Your Information

- Providing and Improving Services: To operate, maintain, and enhance GenuineSouls, WeOnly Talk, and any other products or services we offer; to develop new features and functionality; and to personalize your experience.
- Matching and Recommendations: On GenuineSouls, to provide match suggestions based on your preferences, profile information, and activity. On WeOnly Talk, to suggest connections and content that may be relevant to you.
- Communications: To send you service-related notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages. With your consent, we may also send promotional communications about our products and services.
- Safety and Security: To verify accounts, detect and prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and other harmful activity; to enforce our Terms of Service; and to protect the safety of our users and the public.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests, including those under New Mexico state law.
- Analytics and Research: To understand usage trends, measure the effectiveness of our Services, and conduct research to improve user experience.

- Transactions: To process payments, fulfill subscriptions, and manage your account.
05 Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services that are not operated or controlled by TapNoodle. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
5.1 Service Providers
We engage third-party companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, including but not limited to:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform)
- Payment processing and billing
- Analytics and performance monitoring

- Push notification services

06 Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Other Users: Profile information and content you share on GenuineSouls or WeOnly Talk is visible to other users of those platforms as intended by the design of the Services. On GenuineSouls, your profile may be shown to potential matches. On WeOnly Talk, your posts and profile may be visible to your connections or the broader community, depending on your privacy settings.
- With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (as described in Section 5.1).
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with a law, regulation, or compulsory legal process; (b) protect the safety of any person; (c) address fraud or security issues; or (d) protect the rights or property of TapNoodle.
- Business Transfers: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, your personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction. Some information may persist in backup systems for a limited period before being permanently deleted.
Specific retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. Content you have shared with other users (such as messages on WeOnly Talk) may remain visible to those users even after your account is deleted, though it will no longer be associated with your profile.
09 Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law.
- Data Portability: You may request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
- Opt-Out of Marketing: You may opt out of receiving promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email or by adjusting your notification preferences in your account settings.

Account Settings
You can review and update your account information at any time by logging into your GenuineSouls or WeOnly Talk account and navigating to your account or privacy settings. You may also delete your account through the app settings, which will initiate the deletion process described in Section 8.
10 Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 18. GenuineSouls and WeOnly Talk are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to promptly delete such information.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at contact@tapnoodle.com, and we will take appropriate action to remove such information from our systems.
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable state laws, TapNoodle does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's online activity.
11 State-Specific Disclosures
New Mexico
TapNoodle LLC is organized and operates under the laws of the State of New Mexico. Under the New Mexico Unfair Practices Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 57-12-1 through 57-12-26), we are committed to fair and transparent data practices. We do not engage in deceptive or misleading practices in connection with the collection or use of your personal information.
New Mexico residents may have additional rights under applicable state data protection legislation. We will comply with any such legislation as it comes into effect and update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
