01 Introduction

TapNoodle LLC ("TapNoodle," "we," "our," or "us") is a Domestic Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, with its principal place of business at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110. TapNoodle was formed on March 16, 2026.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with our websites, mobile applications, and other online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services"), including but not limited to our products GenuineSouls (a dating application) and WeOnly Talk (a social networking platform).

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our Services.

When you delete your account on GenuineSouls or WeOnly Talk, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain certain information. Some information may persist in backup systems for a limited period before being permanently deleted.

Specific retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. Content you have shared with other users (such as messages on WeOnly Talk) may remain visible to those users even after your account is deleted, though it will no longer be associated with your profile.

Account Settings

You can review and update your account information at any time by logging into your GenuineSouls or WeOnly Talk account and navigating to your account or privacy settings. You may also delete your account through the app settings, which will initiate the deletion process described in Section 8.

10 Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 18. GenuineSouls and WeOnly Talk are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to promptly delete such information.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at contact@tapnoodle.com, and we will take appropriate action to remove such information from our systems.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable state laws, TapNoodle does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's online activity.

New Mexico

TapNoodle LLC is organized and operates under the laws of the State of New Mexico. Under the New Mexico Unfair Practices Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 57-12-1 through 57-12-26), we are committed to fair and transparent data practices. We do not engage in deceptive or misleading practices in connection with the collection or use of your personal information.

New Mexico residents may have additional rights under applicable state data protection legislation. We will comply with any such legislation as it comes into effect and update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors.
